1. Who we are

Prompt Sidequest ("we", "us") is operated by Kevin Cook, doing business as Prompt Sidequest, based in Ohio, USA. These Terms cover your use of promptsidequest.com (the "Site"), our newsletter and our digital products. By using the Site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. 2. Purchases through Gumroad

Our products are sold through Gumroad, Inc. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record: it processes your payment, collects and remits applicable sales tax or VAT, and delivers your files. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's terms and privacy policy. Prices are shown on each product page at checkout.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If a product isn't right for you, email promptsidequest@gmail.com or reply to your Gumroad receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No reason required. Refunds are issued through Gumroad to your original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank. After a refund, please delete your copies of the product.

4. License to use products

When you buy a product you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for yourself, within your own business, and in work you do for clients. You may adapt the prompts and templates, and you and your clients may freely use the AI outputs and the adapted prompts you create with them, including in agency and client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or republish the product packs themselves or substantial parts of them, including in other paid or free prompt collections, courses or templates.

5. Free content and newsletter

Free prompts, guides and the newsletter are provided as-is. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

6. AI output and no professional advice

Our products help you write prompts for third-party AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. We do not control those tools, and AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check important results yourself. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI output and for following the terms of the AI tools you use.

Prompt Sidequest is not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI or any AI company. Product names are trademarks of their owners.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, no scraping for redistribution, and no use of our materials to break the law.

8. Intellectual property

The Site, products, text, graphics and branding are owned by Kevin Cook, doing business as Prompt Sidequest and protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect purchases already made.
